Learn about mapping default properties in Switch.

Default properties are automatically mapped and populated in Switch.

In case a corresponding default property does not exist in the destination CRM platform, you need to create a custom property to map it.

Property mapping can vary depending on the platforms.

Some platforms do not support custom properties, and thus cannot be mapped.
