Connecting Onboard to HubSpot

Learn about connecting accounts to Onboard.

Onboard is connected HubSpot portals that allow you to implement assets (onboard yourself).

To implement assets (or onboard yourself). you must connect your HubSpot account with Onboard. Only one HubSpot portal can be connected to Onboard.

How to connect a HubSpot account

To connect a HubSpot account to Onboard, following the sign up flow when you create an account.

Users are not allowed to access anything in Onboard unless a HubSpot account is connected.

Once you click on the Add Account button, you will be redirected to HubSpot login page to authenticate the application for installation.

Inside of HubSpot, select the account you want to connect and install Onboard to, and click on 'Choose Account' button on the bottom left.

Once connected, you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you will see the Hub ID of the account, and the option to connect a different account if required.

If the account you have connected is confirmed, simply click on "Finish and go to Dashboard" to start using Onboard.

In case you wish to uninstall Onboard from a HubSpot account, simply visit that HubSpot account and uninstall the app from Settings > Connected Accounts > Onboard by Suprdense > Uninstall.

There is a limit of one (1) HubSpot account that can be connected to Onboard.
