Workspaces

Learn how to operate workspaces in Suprdense.

What is workspace?

A workspace in Suprdense in the central location where access to all the platforms is available. Once you sign up or login to their account, you need to either create a workspace or join an existing workspace to get access to the platforms.

Any user with admin access to an active subscription can create a workspace. Currently, Suprdense has no restrictions on the number of users that can be part of a workspace.

A user can be a part of multiple workspaces.

Each workspace needs to associated with an active subscription.

A workspace can be used to:

  • Access subscribed platforms.

  • Manage members, invite new members, and control access of members.

  • Manage subscriptions for the workspace.

A workspace gives you access to all subscribed platforms, and contains connected CRM accounts for the platforms within it.

No two workspaces can be clubbed together, and all access and connected CRM accounts are unique and protected within a single workspace.


Creating a workspace

There are two ways to create a workspace within Suprdense.

At sign up

When you sign up to Suprdense, you need to create a workspace to access the suite. To use the platforms within the suite, you need to purchase a subscription for one or more platforms within Suprdense.

When a user subscribes to any of platforms within Suprdense, they get access to the subscribed platforms in only one (1) workspace.

Adding a new workspace

If you want to add a new workspace, simply click on the drop-down with your workspace name from the top bar.

To use any of the platforms in the new workspace, you need to purchase a new subscription for any of the platforms within.

When a new subscription is activated, you can use the subscribed platforms in your new workspace.

Joining a workspace

There are two ways to join an existing workspace on Suprdense.

At sign up with organization email

If a workspace admin has enabled the option to allow users with a company email to automatically join a workspace, you will see the option to join the workspace connected to your company email when you sign up to Suprdense.

Through invitation

When users invite other users to workspace, the invited users receive an invitation link in their email. The link can used to join a workspace.

If you do not have an existing account on Suprdense, you will be redirected to the sign up page through the invitation link. Upon signing up, you will automatically join the workspace.

Changing your workspace

If you are a member of multiple workspaces, you can change your current workspace by simply selecting the desired workspace from the dropdown menu on the top-right corner of the screen.
