Associations are relationships that existing your CRM platform connecting various objects together. Switch automatically maps and migrates all your associations from your source to your destination CRM.
Associations allow you to create a variety of relationships such as connecting employees to their companies, connecting deals to the contacts and companies, and connecting users to deals.
Scenario: There is a contact John Doe in your CRM platform that works at company Acme Inc. In the CRM platform, you can create an association which represents that John Doe is an employee of Acme Inc. Further, if you close a deal with John Doe, that deal is associated with John Doe which will automatically be associated with John Doe’s company, i.e. Acme Inc.
Some CRM platforms do not support associations and custom properties will be required to form associations to necessary objects. Reach out to us to find the best solution.
